هذه الصفحة توضّح شروط شراء واستخدام المنتجات الرقمية المعروضة على هذا الموقع. بإتمامك عملية الشراء، فإنك تُقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط ووافقت عليها بالكامل، وعلى وجه الخصوص سياسة عدم الاسترجاع الموضّحة في البند الرابع.

١. الجهة البائعة

يُدار هذا الموقع ويُشغَّل من قِبل Malek Kazal، في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

يُشار إليها فيما يلي بـ«البائع»، ويُشار إلى المشتري بـ«العميل».

٢. طبيعة المنتج

المنتج المعروض هو منتج رقميّ يُسلَّم إلكترونيًّا بصيغة ملف PDF. لا يتضمّن الشراء أي منتج مادي، ولا يترتّب عليه أي شحن أو توصيل.

يُتاح للعميل تنزيل الملف فور إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح.
الملف مخصّص للقراءة على الأجهزة الرقمية، ويمكن طباعته للاستخدام الشخصي.
لا يشمل الشراء أي استشارات فردية أو متابعة شخصية أو خدمات إضافية ما لم يُذكر ذلك صراحةً.

٣. الأسعار والدفع

جميع الأسعار معروضة بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED) وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة حيثما تنطبق.
تتم معالجة المدفوعات عبر مزوّد خدمات دفع خارجي، ولا يقوم البائع بتخزين بيانات البطاقات البنكية.
يحتفظ البائع بحقّه في تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت، على ألا يؤثّر ذلك على عمليات الشراء المكتملة سابقًا.

٤. سياسة الاسترجاع

جميع المبيعات نهائية — لا يوجد استرجاع

نظرًا لطبيعة المنتج الرقمية، وكونه يُسلَّم بالكامل وبشكل فوري بمجرّد إتمام الدفع، فإن جميع عمليات الشراء نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الإلغاء أو التبديل، سواءً كليًّا أو جزئيًّا.

لا يُقبل طلب الاسترجاع بسبب تغيّر الرأي، أو عدم الرغبة في المحتوى بعد الاطّلاع عليه، أو عدم تحقيق النتائج المرجوّة، أو الشراء غير المقصود، أو عدم قراءة وصف المنتج قبل الشراء.

لتمكين العميل من تقييم المنتج قبل الشراء، يوفّر الموقع وصفًا تفصيليًّا للمحتوى وقائمة كاملة بفصوله ونماذج من صفحاته الداخلية. ننصح بالاطّلاع عليها جيّدًا قبل إتمام عملية الدفع.

الاستثناءات المحدودة

استثناءً ممّا سبق، يعالج البائع الحالات التالية فور إبلاغه بها:

الخصم المكرّر: إذا خُصم المبلغ أكثر من مرّة عن الطلب نفسه نتيجة خطأ تقني، تُعاد المبالغ الزائدة كاملة.
تعذّر التسليم: إذا لم يصل رابط التنزيل أو تعذّر فتح الملف لخلل من جانبنا، ولم نتمكّن من معالجة المشكلة خلال مدة معقولة، يُعاد المبلغ بالكامل.
العمليات غير المصرّح بها: تُعالَج عمليات الشراء الاحتيالية المُثبتة وفق إجراءات مزوّد خدمات الدفع.

لتقديم طلب ضمن هذه الاستثناءات، يُرجى التواصل عبر malek@webelle.ae خلال ١٤ يومًا من تاريخ الشراء مع إرفاق رقم العملية.

٥. رخصة الاستخدام والملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للمحتوى — نصًّا وتصميمًا — مملوكة للبائع ومحمية بموجب القوانين المعمول بها.

يمنح البائع العميل رخصة شخصية غير حصرية وغير قابلة للتحويل لاستخدام المنتج للأغراض الشخصية فقط. ويُحظر على وجه الخصوص:

إعادة بيع المنتج أو تأجيره أو توزيعه أو مشاركته مع الغير بأي صورة.
نشر الملف أو أي جزء منه على الإنترنت أو مجموعات التواصل أو منصّات المشاركة.
اقتباس أجزاء جوهرية منه ونسبتها للنفس أو استخدامها تجاريًّا دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
إزالة أو تعديل أي إشارة إلى حقوق الملكية الواردة في الملف.

يحقّ للبائع اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية المناسبة عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.

٦. إخلاء المسؤولية

المحتوى المقدَّم ذو طبيعة تعليمية وتثقيفية عامّة فقط، ويعكس مبادئ عامّة في تنظيم العادات والوقت وتطوير الذات.

لا يُعدّ المحتوى استشارة طبّية أو نفسية أو علاجية، ولا بديلًا عن مراجعة مختصّ مؤهَّل.
لا يُعدّ المحتوى استشارة مالية أو استثمارية أو قانونية.
النتائج تختلف من شخص لآخر وتعتمد على ظروفه والتزامه، ولا يقدّم البائع أي ضمان بتحقيق نتائج معيّنة.

إن كنت تعاني من حالة صحّية أو نفسية، يُرجى استشارة مختصّ قبل إجراء أي تغييرات جوهرية على نمط حياتك.

٧. حدود المسؤولية

في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل البائع مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدام المنتج أو تعذّر استخدامه. وفي جميع الأحوال، لا تتجاوز مسؤولية البائع الإجمالية قيمة المبلغ المدفوع فعليًّا مقابل المنتج.

٨. الخصوصية

يجمع البائع الحدّ الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لإتمام الطلب (الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وبيانات العملية)، ويستخدمها لتسليم المنتج والتواصل بشأن الطلب فقط. لا تُباع البيانات أو تُشارَك مع أطراف ثالثة إلا بالقدر اللازم لمعالجة الدفع أو بموجب التزام قانوني.

٩. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختصّ محاكم دبي بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

١٠. تعديل الشروط

يحقّ للبائع تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وتسري النسخة المنشورة على هذه الصفحة وقت إتمام عملية الشراء.

This page sets out the terms for purchasing and using the digital products sold on this website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms in full — in particular the no-refund policy in section 4.

1. Seller

This website is operated by Malek Kazal, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Referred to below as "the Seller"; the purchaser is referred to as "the Customer".

2. Nature of the product

The product sold is a digital product delivered electronically as a PDF file. No physical goods are supplied and no shipping or delivery is involved.

The file becomes available for download immediately after payment is successfully completed.
It is intended for reading on digital devices and may be printed for personal use.
The purchase does not include coaching, personal follow-up, or any additional services unless expressly stated.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. The Seller does not store card details.
The Seller may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

4. Refund policy

All sales are final — no refunds

Because the product is digital and is delivered in full and immediately upon payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-exchangeable, whether in whole or in part.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, for disliking the content after accessing it, for not achieving a desired outcome, for accidental purchase, or for not having read the product description before buying.

So that you can assess the product before buying, the website provides a detailed description, the full chapter list, and sample pages from inside the book. Please review these carefully before completing payment.

Limited exceptions

By way of exception, the Seller will resolve the following once notified:

Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, the excess is refunded in full.
Delivery failure: if the download link never arrives or the file cannot be opened due to a fault on our side, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, the purchase is refunded in full.
Unauthorised transactions: confirmed fraudulent purchases are handled under the payment provider's procedures.

To raise a claim under these exceptions, contact malek@webelle.ae within 14 days of purchase, quoting your transaction reference.

5. Licence and intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the content — text and design — belong to the Seller and are protected under applicable law.

The Seller grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for personal purposes only. The following are specifically prohibited:

Reselling, renting, distributing or sharing the product with others in any form.
Uploading the file or any part of it to the internet, messaging groups or file-sharing platforms.
Reproducing substantial parts, passing them off as your own, or using them commercially without prior written permission.
Removing or altering any copyright notice contained in the file.

The Seller reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action for breaches of these terms.

6. Disclaimer

The content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only and reflects general principles of habit formation, time management and personal development.

It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.
It is not financial, investment or legal advice.
Results vary between individuals depending on circumstances and commitment. The Seller gives no guarantee of any particular outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the product. In all cases the Seller's total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the product.

8. Privacy

The Seller collects the minimum data needed to fulfil your order (name, email address and transaction details) and uses it solely to deliver the product and communicate about the order. Data is not sold, and is shared with third parties only as necessary to process payment or where required by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

10. Changes to these terms

The Seller may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
